Refund and Returns Policy
Exchange
We only accept exchange. We do not accept returns unless the item has unstated defects or damages.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to exchange your item the shoes must be unworn and only tried on indoors. If the product is faulty please contact us with an image of the fault. We only allow you to exchange your order once. The item must be sent back in the original packaging. We do not cover return postage cost. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We aim to process and exchanges or refunds ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 28 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee they we will receive your returned item.
